Herbal tea blend with lemongrass, rosehip zest, calendula, lemon balm, mint and apple slices. Brewing method: brew at t 90-95C for 4-5 minutes. For 150-200 ml of water, 5-7 g of tea are needed. Thanks to lemon balm and mint, the herbal tea has a calming effect; lemongrass gives the drink a fresh lemon note. Also, lemongrass improves digestion, has bactericidal and antiseptic properties.
