Medium- fermented tea, flavored with whey vapor. Refers to Oolong, semi- fermented teas , whose tea leaf cells are fermented only at the edges, leaving the core of the leaf unchanged. It rejuvenates the skin and is rich in vitamins and antioxidants. Brewing method : warm up the kettle or gaiwan with hot water. Brew at t 75-85C for 2-3 minutes. For 150-200 ml of water, 5-7 g of tea blend are needed. It is possible to brew up to 5-7 times.
